learn to flourish. today.

STEP INTO YOUR POWER BY DEVELOPING THE SKILLS EVERYONE NEEDS TO LIVE WELL.

Flourishing

Flourishing is not an accident. It is made up of a series of skills that can be learned. Although the specifics look different for different people, scientists have identified the underlying habits that lead to greater wellbeing. Under the guidance of researchers at UPenn and Stanford, we have developed a comprehensive curriculum to help young people learn these skills as part of their everyday life. This is growing up reimagined.

Positive Cognition

Growing up is a mixed bag. Somedays school is great and somedays it isn’t. Somedays your family is supportive and somedays they don’t get you at all. Somedays it feels like the universe is in your corner and somedays everything seems to go wrong. All of this points to the need to be able to marshal strength, stamina, and resilience whenever you need it. We’re here to train you to develop the cognitive habits you need to think more optimistically, feel more motivated, and bounce back more quickly in the face of adversity.

Positive Purpose

Growing up these days rarely offers you the chance to take a step back and reflect on the big questions of life. Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? Developing authentic answers to these questions takes time and requires a safe space in which to envisage your future. We structure a supportive environment to help you reconnect with the real you—your character strengths, your personality type, and your core values— as a means to approaching your life with heart.

Positive Progress

Growing up is a bit like building a plane while you fly it. You need discipline, organization, and grit to navigate adolescence successfully, but you weren’t necessarily born with these skills fully formed. We’re here to help you identify your learning style, develop healthy habits, and take concrete steps toward your long-term goals.

Positive Humanity

Growing up doesn’t happen on your own. It takes a village. As we all know, the support of others can help us perform well and feel good at the same time. We’re here to teach you how to get your mirror neurons firing so you can capitalize on and invest in your relationships. These skills will assist you to individuate from your parents at a healthy pace and set you up to establish positive connections in the real world after high school.
